Waui Design is located in California, thus we must charge California sales tax to orders shipped to destinations in California.

Waui Design uses PayPal for its online sales which uses industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your sensitive data. HOW ARE SHIPPING AND SERVICE CHARGES DETERMINED?
We provide shipping by USPS First Class mail. Depending on your location and process time it will take 1-4 weeks to arrive. For orders shipping to destinations in the continental United States, we offer flat rate shipping at the following rate:
Ground - $4.95
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be printed within 2 business days and shipping time will take 1-4 weeks with ground shipping. Printing lead time varies by type of product and printing method. For specific inquiries, please e-mail us at customerservice[at]wauidesign.com.
IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT, WHO DO I CONTACT?
If your order has shipped, you will have received an email containing the tracking number for the shipment. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US?
Waui Design currently does not ship products to international addresses.

Ordering from Waui Design is simple:
1. Choose a design.
2. Select product type information (color, size, etc).
3. Proceed to the PayPal checkout where you will enter your personal and payment information, review your order, and then submit your order.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice[at]wauidesign.com so we can assist you. If your order has already been sent to print we can no longer offer a refund or exchange at that time. This is the very small business of an indie designer who prints each order as it comes in. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
